Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Download the App
Get AutoArchiveX on your mobile device. Available for both iOS and Android.
- Visit the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for 'AutoArchiveX'
- Download and install - it's completely free
- Alternatively, use the web app at autoarchivex.com
Step 2
Create Your Account
Sign up in seconds to start tracking your vehicles.
- Open the app and tap 'Get Started'
- Choose to sign up with Email, Google, or Apple
- Verify your email address if using email signup
- Your account syncs automatically across all devices
Step 3
Add Your Vehicle
Enter your vehicle information to begin tracking.
- Tap the '+' button or 'Add Vehicle'
- Enter make, model, year, and current mileage
- Add optional details like VIN, license plate, and color
- Upload photos of your vehicle for easy identification
Step 4
Log Service Records
Record maintenance and repairs as they happen.
- Select your vehicle and tap 'Add Service'
- Choose the service category (oil change, brakes, etc.)
- Enter date, mileage, cost, and service provider
- Add notes and attach invoice photos for documentation

Scan Invoices
Use AI to automatically extract service details from photos.
- Tap the camera icon when adding a service
- Take a photo of your invoice or receipt
- Our AI extracts service details automatically
- Review and confirm the extracted information
Step 6
Track Fuel Usage
Monitor fuel efficiency and spending over time.
- Go to Fuel section and tap 'Add Fill'
- Enter odometer reading, fuel amount, and cost
- Mark if tank was filled to full
- View fuel efficiency trends in analytics
Step 7
Transfer Vehicles (When Selling)
Pass complete service history to the new owner.
- Go to vehicle settings and select 'Transfer'
- Enter the buyer's email address
- They receive a secure link to accept the transfer
- All records transfer seamlessly to their account
