What you get

One place for everything that proves how your car has been looked after.

  • Service records. Log every oil change, brake job, tyre rotation and repair, with the date, mileage, cost and garage.
  • Invoices and photos. Attach the receipt to the record. Photograph an invoice and AI scanning fills in the details for you to check.
  • Fuel and costs. Track consumption and spend over time, across every vehicle you own.
  • Transfer on sale. Hand the complete history to the buyer, so the car's history arrives proven rather than claimed.

Requirements

  • iPhone and iPad. iOS 14 or later.
  • Android. Android 8 (Oreo) or later.
  • Web. Any modern browser - nothing to install. Your records sync across all three, so a service logged on your phone at the garage is on your laptop before you get home.

Your first five minutes

  1. Create an account, or sign in with Google or Apple.
  2. Add your vehicle. Scan the VIN and the make, model and year fill themselves in.
  3. Log one service you remember, or photograph a receipt you still have, and let the scan do the typing.
  4. Set a reminder for the next one, so the record keeps itself up to date.

Your records, your control

AutoArchiveX is free for car owners: unlimited vehicles, unlimited records, no subscription. AI invoice scanning is metered at 10 scans a month on the free tier, because each scan costs us money to run.

The mobile apps work offline. Log a service standing in the workshop with no signal, and it syncs when you are back online. There is no limit on how many vehicles you track, so a household with three cars and a motorbike costs the same as one with a single hatchback: nothing.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell it. You can export everything, or delete your account and all of its records, whenever you want - see the privacy policy.
